We currently only ship to the U.S. 

However, we hope to be shipping internationally, soon!

When will my order arrive?

All of our orders are shipped on business days

(Monday - Friday).

Please check for our current processing time listed on each individual item. This time varies seasonally. If you have any questions about this please contact us.

Processing time is different than shipping time; processing time is the time that it takes us to create your order (as all items are hand made in our home). Shipping time comes after processing and can vary depending on your location, it is typically between 2-4 business working days. Orders will not be shipped or processed Saturday - Sunday. You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Your order will usually arrive within 2-6 days.

OOPS! I sent you the wrong address! What should I do?

Please contact us ASAP at [email protected], when you realize you've entered the wrong address, and we then can change it to the correct one. But, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it's out of our hands.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Unfortunately, HS CRAFT has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages. Please do try contact the USPS for any further info of your package whereabouts.
